These Website Terms govern use of the Kalina Aesthetics & Wellness website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptable website use

You may use the site for personal, lawful, informational purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Medical and educational boundary

Website content is general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Viewing the site, calling, texting, or requesting an appointment does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship. Individual suitability, risks, benefits, alternatives, preparation, aftercare, and expected outcomes require an appropriate professional evaluation.

Appointments and external services

Booking links, maps, telephone, text, and other external services are provided for convenience. Those services control their own availability, confirmation, security, accessibility, and privacy practices. An appointment request is not confirmed until the applicable scheduling system or practice provides confirmation.

Text message program

Text messages in this program are sent by Kalina Aesthetics and Wellness, PLLC. They cover follow-up on inquiries you make, booking and appointment messages, and marketing messages only if you have separately opted in to receive them.

To take part, you must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP, or email info@kalinaaesthetics.com, for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or used with permission for Kalina Aesthetics & Wellness and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, publish, modify, or commercially exploit site materials without permission, except for ordinary personal use.

Availability and accuracy

The website and its content are provided on an as-available basis. Kalina aims to keep information accurate and useful but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Service availability, provider availability, pricing, policies, and clinical information may change and should be confirmed directly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kalina and its service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site or an external service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

North Carolina law and severability

These terms are governed by applicable law in North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the website or practice changes. The current version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use of the site.
